WE WORK ON SMALL  AREA GAMES, PUCK PROTECTION, PLAY ALONG THE BOARDS, ENGAGEMENT AND BATTLE AND COMPETE SKILLS.

  Goalies are strongly encouraged to attend. These sessions help train players through repetition, and develop muscle memory, in order to create good habits. I strongly believe skating is crucial to a goaltender's success.  

Skating development is an essential block for a player’s progress. Proper skating technique expands variety and technical level of options that player can perform in certain game situation. Player improvement is achieved by developing next basic components: stance, stride mechanic, edge control, lateral movement, weight transfer & shifting.

Our focus features:
